can i cancel my order?
unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
i entered the wrong address what should I do?Â
please be careful when entering your shipping address, petal and vine will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. no refund will be given.Â
do you offer returns?
we do offer store credit only. we are unable to offer refunds, returns. store credit only. all sales are final! please note, petal and vine reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. to start this process please use the 24/7 live chat, contact form, or email us at petalandvinesupport@gmail.comÂ
do you offer exchanges?Â
we do! you must reach out within 48 hours of receiving the item as per our store policy. we offer store credit only for a fair exchange and deduct a $10 processing fee on your store credit for inventory restock/processing fees. the activewear must be returned to us first, using our prepaid shipping label, and then the store credit will be issued once it’s returned to our warehouse and inspected.Â
my items arrived damaged. what should I do?Â
